2. Shipping & Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes approximately 10 business days.

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Accordingly, the estimated delivery timeframe is not a guaranteed delivery date.

MOHRAZI currently offers free worldwide shipping on eligible orders.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information by email where tracking is available.

Use the provided tracking information to monitor the shipment. If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in reviewing the shipment status.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MOHRAZI, we take pride in creating premium products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not fully satisfied with an eligible purchase, we offer a 7-day return window subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn, except for reasonable try-on to determine fit and style
• Be unwashed and unused
• Not have been altered, modified, repaired, or damaged by the customer
• Be returned in its original condition
• Have all original tags and labels attached, where applicable
• Include the original packaging, where reasonably possible
• Be returned with all accessories and items originally included with the order

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

3. Made-to-Order and Customized Products

Certain MOHRAZI products may be made-to-order, customized, or personalized specifically for the customer.

Because these products are created specifically according to the customer’s selected specifications, they are generally final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error by MOHRAZI, a manufacturing defect, or an item damaged before delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

MOHRAZI is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

4. Package the item securely, preferably using the original packaging, and ship it according to the instructions provided by our team.
5. Once shipped, provide the return tracking number to info@mohrazi.com with the subject line “Return”.
6. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions outlined in this policy.

8. Refunds

If your return is approved following inspection, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
